Ottumwa Regional Health Center Launches New Patient Portal to Improve Access and Engagement
February 20, 2026
By Raquel Alderman
The new portal allows patients to view important details from their hospital visit, including discharge instructions, medication lists, procedures performed, and laboratory and radiology test results. By improving access to personal health information, ORHC aims to strengthen communication, enhance care coordination, and empower patients to take a more active role in managing their health.
“The launch of our new patient portal is another step forward in our commitment to patient-centered care,” said Richard Bergmann, CEO. “By giving patients secure, convenient access to their health information, we’re helping them stay informed, engaged, and connected to their care — whether they’re at home or on the go.”
Patients can securely access their records through the online portal or by downloading the MEDITECH MHealth mobile app, allowing them to view information directly from their smartphone or tablet.
To enroll, patients can visit https://www.ottumwaregionalhealth.com/patient-portal (select Enroll Now). Patients are encouraged to ensure the email address used to register matches the one on file with hospital registration to allow successful enrollment.
The ORHC Patient Portal is available for hospital patients only. Individuals needing assistance with enrollment or access can contact support by emailing PatientPortal@orhc.com.
Ottumwa Regional Health Center continues to invest in tools and technology that improve the patient experience and provide greater access to care information close to home.
