Hospital Patient Portal

Ottumwa has a new patient portal as of February 17, 2026. See below for information about accessing this new portal, powered by Meditech.

By registering with the Ottumwa Health Patient Portal, you can:

  • View lab & radiology result
  • View discharge summaries
  • Review medications and much more

Patients now have the option to Self-Enroll in the patient portal. Click the link below and complete the information under create account. All info entered must exactly match what is in Ottumwa’s patient record.

Patients may also access their health information via the Meditech MHealth App—available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, search for your state, and then choose “Ottumwa Regional Health Center” to proceed.
