Laboratory

Collaborative Laboratory Services is a full service College of American Pathologists (CAP) Accredited laboratory providing high-quality reference laboratory services for clinics and hospitals. CLS is based in Ottumwa, Iowa and one-on-one relationships are central to our philosophy of delivery laboratory services.

The outpatient lab is open Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

CLS sets a high standard of clinical care and is one of the only labs in the country who has a contract with the Federal Centers for Disease Control for chemistry panels. CLS also utilizes Mayo Medical Laboratories for its esoteric testing needs. This collaboration strengthens our efforts to provide exceptional laboratory services and patient care to the region. CLS offers Pathology consultations from Board Certified Pathologists who have years of experience in the field of anatomic and clinical pathology, as well as sub-specialization in dermatopathology, hematopathology and cytopathology. They are eager to work with you.
