Ottumwa Regional Health Center announced the addition of Billie Lanham, FNP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner, to its medical staff. Lanham is now seeing patients at the EasyCare Walk-In Clinic.

Lanham provides care for patients of all ages with expertise in primary care, urgent care, chronic disease management and preventive health. She also brings extensive nursing experience in acute care, infusion services, intensive care, medical-surgical care and geriatrics. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and helping families in the community stay healthy and well.

Lanham earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, following the completion of dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and nursing at William Woods University. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds active nursing licenses in both Iowa and Missouri.

“We are excited to welcome Billie to our team at EasyCare Walk-In Clinic,” said K.C. DeBoer, interim chief executive officer of Ottumwa Regional Health Center. “Her broad clinical background, combined with her advanced training as a nurse practitioner, will enhance access to high-quality, convenient care for patients in our community.”

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lanham served as a registered nurse at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri, and as supervising infusion nurse at OI Infusion Services. Her career also includes experience in long-term care, outpatient practice and teaching, giving her a wide-ranging perspective on patient needs across the lifespan.
