Rose Foster, 2015 Pulmonary Patient of the Year
How many times have you thought about exercise and you just didn’t feel like it? This patient exemplifies the work ethic and dedication to come to exercise when it is “too cold, too warm, too rainy, or you just don’t feel like going.” She even showed up when it was -7 one day! We are impressed by her commitment to health by her regular attendance to Maintenance Pulmonary Rehab.
Robert Ehmke, 2015 Cardiac Patient of the Year
After completing the initial outpatient program, Robert joined Phase III Maintenance Cardiac Rehab where he has shown faithful attendance despite the fact that he “hates to exercise!” He has committed to sustained changes in a healthful diet.
