It was the unanimous decision of our board that Phil is the right guy.”

Phil Noel said, “I am honored to be named as the CEO of Ottumwa Regional Health Center. Given the strong and growing medical staff and talented hospital employees, we have the chance to make this hospital a magnet for healthcare services in southeast Iowa. I have spent the last five weeks meeting with employees, physicians, board members, and community leaders to understand the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.”

Mr. Noel added, “Our job at the hospital is to provide compassionate care, offer a high level of clinical services, and work hard to provide peace of mind to our friends and neighbors when they come to us at challenging times. I am confident that ORHC will rise to the challenge and be a hospital that our community can be proud of.”
